DMCA Notice
We take claims of copyright infringement seriously. We will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law. If you believe your copyrighted work has been used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible through our Services, you can notify our designated copyright agent by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA”).
To submit a valid DMCA complaint, please provide the following information in writing:
- Signature: An electronic or physical signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Work Identification: A clear description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Infringing Material Identification: Details about the material you claim is infringing, including its location on our Services.
- Contact Information: Information sufficient to allow us to contact you, such as your address, phone number, and email address.
- Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, their agent, or the law.
- Accuracy and Authority Statement: A declaration under penalty of perjury that the information you provided is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
Important Note:
Under federal law, if you knowingly misrepresent that material or activity is infringing, you may face criminal prosecution for perjury and civil penalties, including monetary damages, court costs, and attorney’s fees.
This procedure is exclusively for notifying us of alleged copyright infringement. The above requirements are intended to meet our obligations under the DMCA (including 17 U.S.C. §512(c)) but do not constitute legal advice. You may wish to consult an attorney regarding your rights and obligations under the DMCA and other applicable laws.
Policy on Repeat Infringers
Following the DMCA and other applicable laws, we reserve the right to terminate, at our sole discretion, accounts or profiles of users who are deemed repeat infringers. Additionally, we may limit access to our Services or terminate accounts of any user found to be infringing on intellectual property rights, regardless of whether the infringement is repeated.
Thank you for respecting intellectual property rights and helping us maintain a fair and lawful platform.
